It All Started From 7 Bucks Back in 2003

SBIers Elad and Tamar Shippony (www.coolest-parties.com) were recently awarded BuyCostumes.com's annual Affiliate Sweepstakes Grand Prize of $10,000. Elad shared this exciting news in the SBI! Forums. Here's a snippet from his post...

"I still find it hard to believe. Not only winning the prize (which alone is quite overwhelming). But of what it means to be an affiliate and seeing how affiliate marketing has changed our lives and the lives of so many other Web site owners. It seems so unreal. Yet, affiliate marketing is for real. And to think that it all started from 7 bucks back in 2003."

The key phrase is, "It all started from 7 bucks back in 2003." The little snowball, barely more than a snowflake, tells you that all you have to do is keep on keeping on.

Elad would be the first to tell you that. Elad, one of the first Case Studies, just grows from strength to strength. So do the other Case Studies, within their own goals (some are part-time e-business people and full-time moms, for example).

You never see that anywhere else. SBIers' experiences are beyond the pale in terms of frequency of success, size of success, persistence of success... every way you care to measure success.

So what I don't understand is how come more people simply don't "get it," (i.e., the business-building power of SBI!)? Is there only x% of the general population with the BAM (Brain, Attitude, Motivation) needed to take the SBI! process and tools and just go out and do it?

In the meantime, as we try to figure out the answer to that brain-spinning question...

Here's to two (Elad and Tamar) of the first SBIers who proved it was possible and who keep on growing "the possible" to impossible heights (2 Million visitors per month!). Congratulations!
